Several years ago David found my 86 yr old Dad the home he needed to be near me, his daughter. David remained friends with Dad ever since. Though I too would concur with the multitude of other reviews on here, which rave about David’s level of expertise, when it comes to everything involved with buying and selling a home (as well as just being incredibly knowledgeable about the local Austin real estate market), I would add to that, his willingness to go WAY above and beyond, in providing service to his clients. I got in way over my head, earlier this year, trying to navigate the world of property tax bills (specifically, a bill that was incorrect, due to an incorrect appraisal amount for my home) and David was willing and able to sort it out FOR me (again, above and beyond), handling the situation in such a way that my bill was almost cut in half! Never could have done it without him! He does not do the bare minimum when working with a client, rather, he searches for ALL the ways in which he can help them, and meet their needs.
